The place we visited today is a newly built share house, a much talked-about property just a 4-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station, a neighborhood famous for its stylish atmosphere!
Around Shimokitazawa Station there are cafés, general stores, vintage clothing shops and more; as you walk, cute shops keep coming into view one after another. The café we stopped by on the way served very delicious food, and time there flowed at a relaxed pace, making it a very comfortable place.
In this wonderful town, 'Pechk (Pechika) Shimokitazawa' is a home with a warm Southern European feel. Would you like to spend some calm, relaxing time in a share house here?
Please have a look ♪

Arisa"An entrance with a warm Southern European feel♪"
Kumiko"You can really feel the warmth of the wood in this door, and the pattern is cute too."

Kumiko"Look, look! It's auto-lock. No more worrying about forgetting to lock the door, so it's reassuring."
Arisa"Solid security is something girls really appreciate♪ It feels so safe."

Kumiko"Arisa, I'm off now. I might be a little late today because I have a date (blush)."
Arisa"Have fun☆ Since the housemates are all women, it seems like we can see each other off like this in a fun, casual way."

Arisa"How about some coffee? At this warm wooden table, girl talk is sure to be lively☆"
Kumiko"Yes, please~♪ The living room feels like we've come to visit someone's detached house, so it's relaxing and I feel like we'll end up staying here for a long time."

Arisa"Shall we have some tea together? It looks like fun."
Kumiko"Oh, welcome home~ Come join us♪ We can welcome our housemates in the living room like this, and be welcomed in return. That makes me happy."

Arisa"A living room with a sofa where you can really relax☆ Shall we continue our conversation from before?"
Kumiko"It's a living room where the wood gives a calming feel. It will be a place to unwind, or to get absorbed in conversation—a real place of relaxation!"

Arisa"It looks like having a solo tea time here would also make you feel warm and cozy~ ^^ Kumiko, what are you thinking about?"
Kumiko"While I was lost in thought, I realized that no one had come home yet... and I started to feel lonely (tears). I can't wait to start our girls' talk (laugh)."

Arisa"Since it was such an easy living room to feel at home in, it already feels like we live here (laugh)."
Kumiko"Welcome to our home~ (laugh). Because it's a house that only the residents can enter, it seems like it will become a place where you can really relax."

Arisa"There is plenty of storage, and the cutlery is also well stocked, isn't it?"
Kumiko"What is cutlery!? It's great that you can start using the kitchen right after moving in without any trouble."
Arisa"It means table knives and forks and so on!"

Arisa"Such a spacious kitchen. It looks like we can enjoy cooking while chatting with everyone~♪"
Kumiko"It's a practical home-style kitchen that's easy to move around in, so it's perfect for everyday use! Now then, what shall we make~♪"

Kumiko"Fwaaah~… With such bright light, you might never oversleep in the morning!?"

Arisa"I'm happy that the private room even has a laundry cord♪ If you hook it onto the opposite wall, you can hang your laundry to dry."
Kumiko"When you are not hanging laundry, you can store it very compactly. It's really a clever feature."

Arisa"The private room comes fully equipped with a built-in bed, a table, and an air conditioner!"
Kumiko"Even though there's a bed, there's a table too. The way the space is used is so impressive that it's hard to believe it's only about three tatami mats in size!"

Arisa"You can take your time reading at the table and really enjoy your private time☆"
Kumiko"You don't feel cramped at all. It seems like you could spend relaxed time in your room as well☆"

Arisa"There's a little storage space where you can hang clothes—your dresses will fit easily too."
Kumiko"With the pole hanger, you can also store things on top, so it's convenient. Please store heavy items under the bed."

Kumiko"Wow! So many drawers! The storage capacity under the bed is amazing!"
Arisa"If you put your belongings under the bed, your room will look neat and tidy. With this, you can store a lot."

Arisa"Since there's a built-in mirror, your makeup will be perfect too♪"
Kumiko"It's bright with natural light coming in from the window, so you don't even need a light. It's really great♪"

Arisa"Here, introductions of the housemates will be posted. It really feels like a share house♪"
Kumiko"What hobbies do we have in common? What kind of person is the new resident? It'll be exciting to see!"

Arisa"The wooden washbasin makes even the water area stylish~♪ We should keep it clean."
Kumiko"Since everyone uses the shared areas, a stylish washbasin will probably make each person want to keep it clean all the time."

Arisa"It's nice that it's stylish and also has solid storage♪"
Kumiko"You can put your toothbrush there or place small items—this is really handy storage◎"

Arisa"There's also a terrace~ On sunny days you can hang your laundry outside."
Kumiko"When you want to wash your sheets or air out your futon, it's really nice to have a place like this~!"
