The share house we visited this time is “fluer blanche Nagatacho,” located in Nagatacho, at the very heart of Tokyo. The interior is inspired by Parisian style and makes generous use of wood, creating a home with a soft and warm atmosphere.

Internet access is also available immediately, making this share house ideal for women working in central Tokyo.

Izumi: “The kitchen is spacious and easy to cook in♪ Aisa, what are you making～～!?”

Aisa: “Wow♡ Wonderful!!! This room feels so warm and inviting that I am beginning to feel as though I am in Paris♡”

Izumi: “These simple and stylish tea accessories would be perfect for a tea party. They are essential items for a good girls’ chat☆”
Aisa: “We can use these in the share house too! It feels as though we could have a tea party every day☆ We will have to go and buy some sweets as well (*^_^*)”

Izumi: “Next, let’s take a look at one of the rooms. Like the living room, it is white and offers a relaxing place to unwind.”

Izumi: “You can hang plenty of dresses and jackets in the room, so there is no need to worry even if your wardrobe grows.”

Izumi: “Where should we hold our next girls’ gathering? I searched for popular restaurants from the room. It also seems like a place where you could concentrate on work.”
Aisa: “Oh, Izumi. I thought you were working, but you were searching for restaurants? (laughs) Plenty of sunlight comes in and makes the room bright, so studying for professional qualifications should go well too!”

Izumi: “I heard the furniture is made in Finland! It is not only stylish but also sturdily constructed.”

Izumi: “Each room is named after a flower in French. This is the dahlia room♪”

Izumi: “The washroom has hand-painted floral patterns♪ It makes you feel like a princess, and even getting ready and applying makeup in the morning seems like it would be fun.”
Aisa: “This washroom is one of my favorites too～♪ It looks like getting ready in the morning would go perfectly! This space really suits your style, Izumi☆”

Izumi: “There are even candles in the washroom. I am so happy to be surrounded by such a lovely fragrance～.”
Aisa: “Even candles! Everything here makes you feel like a princess♡”

Izumi: “There is a bathroom with a bathtub, so you can take your time and relax♪ Aisa, how is the water temperature?”
Aisa: “It feels wonderful☆ I love taking long, relaxing baths, so I think I will use this bathroom often (^^♪”

Izumi: “On days when you only want a shower, you can use this one♪”
Aisa: “This would be perfect when you want to rinse off quickly after running♪ It also looks convenient when you do not have much time!”

Izumi: “I was wondering where to keep our bath products, and then I noticed that the shelves have a separate box for each room. There is no risk of accidentally using someone else’s beauty products, and it is wonderful that every room has its own box♪”
Aisa: “It looks like each box can hold a lot! It is convenient that you do not have to carry everything from your room every day!”

Izumi: “It is in ultra-central Nagatacho and close to the station—there is so much to be pleased about. The rooms feel clean and have storage space, so it looks like a very comfortable place to live♪”

★Access	An excellent location offering access to three stations: a six-minute walk from Nagatacho Station, a seven-minute walk from Hanzomon Station, and a 12-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station.
★Storage	Each room has a clothes rail for storage♪ There is also storage beneath the bed, allowing you to make effective use of otherwise unused space!
★Style	The concept is Parisian. The sophisticated, predominantly white interior creates the atmosphere of Paris☆
★Rent	¥68,500–¥75,000 per month, with a monthly common service fee of ¥15,000. Could this be the only place where you can live in ultra-central Nagatacho with rent starting in the ¥60,000 range?
★Rules	Friends are not permitted to stay overnight. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. A professional cleaning company cleans the property approximately 1.5 times per week♪
★Water Facilities	For seven residents, there is one kitchen, two washbasin areas, one bathroom with a bathtub, and one shower room. The facilities are more than sufficient!
★Security	The house is protected by ALSOK home security, providing peace of mind in an emergency♪
