Hello☆ The share house we visited today is “nature+TK,” located just a one-minute walk from Shinsen Station on the Keio Inokashira Line. It is a renovated property that had just opened in November 2013 in Shinsen, a quiet residential neighborhood very close to Shibuya Station☆ The cozy French-inspired color palette is sure to delight anyone who loves charming interiors, and the house is exceptionally stylish～.＊・ It seems like a place where you could forget the hustle and bustle of the city!

Hitomi: “This is the entrance♪ Isn’t it a lovely house? I’m so happy to be welcomed by an olive tree.”
Alice: “The entrance is completely white and so charming♪ The door is a genuine antique imported from the United States, isn’t it? Amazing!”

Alice: “Hitomi, I’m home～♪ When I open the door, I find a warm and inviting space coordinated in white and natural wood tones! It’s wonderful!”
Hitomi: “Welcome home, Alice♪ The colors really are soothing. Even the faucet handles at the washbasin are retro and adorable.”

Alice: “The shoe rack also has that warm, natural wood look! You could get creative with this open display-style storage.”
Hitomi: “There’s plenty of storage! This looks like it would be enough even for two women living here.”

Alice: “Since there is a washbasin near the entrance, you can make sure you look your best before going out.”

Nearly the entire detached house had been renovated, making it feel almost like a newly built home☆ Since the property was produced by a professional designer, the space in this compact, single-story house had been used exceptionally well. It offered plenty of storage, a spacious living room, and a wonderful sense of visual openness♪
The overall French café-inspired atmosphere was extremely charming, while the warmth of the natural wood created a soothing and relaxing space☆

★Access	A one-minute walk from Shinsen Station on the Keio Inokashira Line and approximately a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station. This renovated detached house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Shibuya☆
★Storage	Clothes rails have been installed to provide additional storage space. Residents can also arrange and customize the storage in their own rooms.
★Style	The white floors and walls have been given an aged finish, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a French café. The exterior also has a charming, feminine appearance, with features such as an antique entrance door and lighting suspended from the exterior wall.
★Rent	¥70,000–¥78,000 per month, with a monthly common service fee of ¥13,000. Living in Shibuya for ¥70,000 is exceptionally affordable☆
★Rules	Friends are not permitted to stay overnight. However, relatives may enter the property in an emergency. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property. The management company cleans the property once a week. Residents take turns taking out the garbage.
★Water Facilities	One kitchen and one bathroom. That is more than enough for two residents!
★Security	As a women-only share house, it offers additional peace of mind. International residents are also welcome. The entrance is equipped with an automatic locking system.
