Today, we came to a newly built property in Meguro!
I’m someone who only has the image of Meguro as an “stylish spot” (lol), so I thought it would be bustling—but it’s actually a quiet residential neighborhood with a calm atmosphere that almost makes you forget you’re in the heart of the city.
The house with the cute red postbox as its landmark is “Solare Meguro.”
Because it’s newly built, it’s of course very clean, but the warm exterior also made me feel relieved, as if I had come back to my parents’ home. A sigh of relief at the streetscape. A sigh of relief at the house. It feels like it could wash away the fatigue from work and such.
Let’s head inside right away♪

Arisa “That bright red postbox really stands out—so cute♪”
Kumiko “It looks great against a new house! And there are trees planted, giving it a cute, foreign-style feel♪”

Arisa “I like this bright entryway! The lamp looks like it would welcome you warmly.”
Kumiko “Yeah, yeah—and because it’s a detached-house-style home, it feels like you can come home and say, ‘I’m back!’”

Arisa “I’m back♪ (lol) It makes you happy when there’s someone to see you off and welcome you home♪”
Kumiko “Welcome back♪ How was your day? You’re tired, aren’t you? Being able to have that kind of conversation makes you feel relieved.”

Arisa “So much shoe closet space!”
Kumiko “And it’s the super convenient drawer type! Easy to take things out◎”

Arisa “The colorful room is stylish, and it feels like you could spend a relaxed time here♪”
Kumiko “It’s colorful even though the tones are calm! The furniture is cute too—no doubt it’ll become a hangout spot♪”

Arisa “Girls’ talk in a stylish living room♪ It feels like you’d never run out of things to talk about.”
Kumiko “We might end up staying up late. Since it’s a women-only share house, you can show your bare face and your true feelings too (lol).”

Arisa “This checked sofa is so cute♪”
Kumiko “Arisa-chan, don’t keep it all to yourself! But it suits you so well, I’ll let you have it (lol).”

Arisa “Plenty of storage! There are lots of different sizes, and it’s cute too.”
Kumiko “Yeah!! This small drawer is my top pick!! So tiiiiny! What should I put in it?♪”

Arisa “There’s a coffee maker too, so you can relax with a cup of coffee☆”
Kumiko “When you live alone, you usually don’t have one. Even on busy mornings, you can drink coffee, calm down, and head to work.”

Arisa “A solo blender that I use too♪ I recommend a green smoothie in the morning♪”
Kumiko “Arisa-chan, you really are a lovely girl♪ Teach me how to make it! It can replace breakfast, and it seems good for beauty and dieting too◎”

Arisa “This looks handy♪ I want one at home too☆”
Kumiko “It’s convenient! Easy to take things out, and it looks neat—storage you can display. Maybe it’ll make me like cooking more.”

Arisa “It’s well equipped with cutlery, a microwave, and even an oven♪”
Kumiko “I learned the word ‘cutlery’! (lol) It means things like forks and knives♪ The kitchen goods are all there, so even if you move in right away, you won’t be in trouble.”

Kumiko “Mmmmmm!!! Sleep well, wake up with bright light! What a comfortable morning!”
Arisa “Relax time in a room with plenty of natural light☆ Kumiko-chan, I’m glad it seems like you’ve really recovered from your fatigue♪”

Arisa “This small storage for hanging clothes looks easy to use♪ You can use the top as a shelf too, so storage capacity goes up.”
Kumiko “Because it’s above the bed, it doesn’t get in the way of the room’s space, and you can easily hang dresses too. This is storage capacity too◎”

Arisa “In your private room, you want to enjoy scents too♪”
Kumiko “It’s a private space you finally have, after all. If I could enjoy it by making it into a cute room like a model room, that would be nice.”

Arisa “There’s a mirror installed too, so you can enjoy doing your hair and makeup☆”
Kumiko “This is convenient! Since it’s installed on the wall, it doesn’t get in the way, and it’s nice and big—excellent.”

Arisa “Sometimes it’s nice to have girls’ talk in your room too♪”
Kumiko “You can even talk about romance in your room together with sharemates you’ve become close with.”

Arisa “There’s tons of storage under the bed♪ With this, you can store things besides clothes, and keep the room neat◎”
Kumiko “Because the room isn’t big, that under-bed storage capacity is exactly what you need!! It’s reassuring.”

Arisa “The washbasin is clean and bright. The tiles are cute♪”
Kumiko “It’s a place you use every day, so having a cute detail like that feels like it would lift your mood just by itself.”

Arisa “This is convenient! You can store your bath set right here♪”
Kumiko “Each person properly has their own basket! It’s easy because you don’t have to carry things back and forth between your room and the bathroom♪”

Arisa “It comes fully equipped with fire extinguishers, so safety is perfect!”
Kumiko “Let’s learn this first thing after moving in! Better safe than sorry☆”

Arisa “A spacious bath looks like it would wash away your fatigue~”
Kumiko “I tend to end up just taking a shower, but I want to soak and get rid of my tiredness.”

Arisa “Since it’s newly built, the shower looks like it would feel great too♪”
Kumiko “With a shower room as well, even on busy weekdays you can switch between using the bath and the shower!”

Arisa “I’m happy the laundry area has a dryer too♪ It really helps a lot when you’re in trouble!”
Kumiko “You won’t have to run to a coin laundry saying, ‘I need the clothes I’m wearing tomorrow!’ …I mean, I want to live day to day with more leeway (lol).”

Arisa “It’s so nice that you can live in Meguro in a newly built place♪”
Kumiko “If you start living somewhere with conditions this good, it feels like you won’t be able to move anywhere else anymore, haha.”
