Today, we’re visiting the share house ‘COURI020 Gakugei Daigaku’ in Gakugei Daigaku.
This neighborhood is said to attract creators. It’s an area everyone admires! And apparently, right here in the heart of the city, there’s a huge event space of over 100 square meters! Can you believe it?! With a DJ booth and more, this looks like an irresistible property for music lovers and event lovers alike.

Kumiko “Here it is, the Gakugei Daigaku property! The entrance is all glass! Even on rainy days, you could sit here and look outside. Aya-chan, what’s it like inside??”
Aya “Kumiko-saaan, there’s a long bench right inside the entrance! You can put your bags down for a moment, so it’s convenient too★”

Aya “The name of the share house, COURI20, is written on the exterior wall! This kind of understated stylishness is lovely♪”

Aya “And when you go down to the basement... what’s there...??”
Kumiko “What is itーー!! I want to know! (laughs) Let’s go take a look right away!”

Aya “The flooring even has playful koi fish painted on it!”
Kumiko “It feels like being in a pond~! There’s paint here too, so can you even change the floor design!?”

Aya “There’s such a wide space in the back too! You could invite lots of friends over!”
Kumiko “Aya-chan, who should we invite, who should we invite~! You could spend time relaxing, or invite lots of friends over and have a lively time—there’s so much freedom here!”

Aya “Are we in the mood to be DJs too!? Since it’s underground, you don’t have to worry about the sound, and you could have parties on the weekends!”

Aya “Thank youー! The counter-style kitchen feels just like a real café or bar! It feels clean, and it’s easy to use too!”

Aya “Even the way the glasses are arranged feels like a bar♪”

Aya “There’s storage too! Since it’s divided one by one, it’s easy to use!”
Kumiko “Each section is big, so you can fit plenty insideー! Great usability!”

Aya “We’ve gone up to the third floor, right in front of the entrance! It feels really open and airy!”
Kumiko “On the third floor, you step outside once! It really does feel open when you’re outside! But there’s a proper roof overhead.”

Aya “There’s this much shoe storage too! It makes it easy to keep everything neat and organized!”
Kumiko “When the shelves are properly set up, it’s easy to sort everything, isn’t it?”

Aya “The floor color is different in each room! Since the design is simple, it seems easy to arrange it however you like!”
Kumiko “This one has pink carpeting～. It looks like it’d be easy to place furniture here. And the corner rooms, with their large windows, are definitely worth seeing!”

Aya “The balcony is really wide! And with such large windows, the whole room feels bright too!”
Kumiko “It’s nice when bright light comes in～. Being able to hang laundry outside is a real plus◎”

Aya “Since white is the base color, it feels like you could make it into a room that suits your own taste!”
Kumiko “This one has blue carpeting. I wonder which one Aya-chan likes better.”

Aya “There’s space to hang clothes too!”
Kumiko “There’s a shelf above the pole hanger, so you can put little things there too, and it keeps everything neat!”

Aya “There’s space in the changing room too for daily necessities and the clothes you’ve taken off!”
Kumiko “Shelves in the changing room are incredibly handy! They make the space easier to use, and the mirror is convenient too.”

Aya “The bath is spacious too, and it feels very clean!”
Kumiko “A new bath really is nice, isn’t it! If you lived alone, you wouldn’t get to use a bath this spacious.”

Aya “There are two washstands on each floor! Even during the busy morning hours, it seems like getting ready would go smoothly!”
Kumiko “Yes, washstands are important on busy mornings! Aya-chan, you’re absolutely right◎”

Aya “There’s storage space under the washstand too! It’s great that you can immediately tell which face wash or hair products are yours!”
Kumiko “Since the storage space is neatly organized, even when you put things in, it still looks tidy!”

Aya “Kumiko-saaan! The room numbers are shaped just like CDs! Just like the basement event space, they’ve really paid attention to the details♪”

Aya “The corner rooms have two balconies, so lots of light pours in!”
Kumiko “The windows are large too, and because both windows have balconies, you can hang lots of laundry all at once!”

Aya “The shower room is white and clean too! When you’re busy, you can just hop in quickly!”
Kumiko “A quick shower and straight off to work! When you’re busy, the shower is perfect.”

★Storage	Storage varies by room, with pole hangers and closet-style storage. Since the rooms have a good amount of space, please make use of storage goods as well.
★Stylishness	The event lounge is packed with creative flair and is very stylish!
★Rent	63,000 to 72,000 yen (common service fee: 12,000 yen + facility management fee: 5,000 yen). A bargain property close to the station♪
★Rules	Taking out the trash and cleaning are done on a rotation basis. It would be nice if everyone could live here comfortably together. No smoking inside the building※ however, there is a designated smoking area. Friends are allowed to stay over! You can hang out in the event booth and then have a girls’ sleepover right there♪
★Water Facilities	3 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 6 toilets.
★Security	Since it is shared by both men and women, it feels like there would be someone reliable around if anything happened.
