Today we came to Chez Moi Iidabashi!
This is a share house with a cafe on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is a shared office. Above that is the share house. Even though it is right in the center of the city, it has a wide bathtub like a mini public bath, and the room storage is excellent too~! And above all, it is amazingly close to the station. Chez Moi Iidabashi has great access, just a 3-minute walk from Iidabashi Station in central Tokyo (!!!).
Let’s take a look right away!

Mari: “This is Chez Moi Iidabashi! What a wonderful entrance door! It would be lovely to start your day from an entrance like this♪”
Kumiko: “It doesn’t even feel like a house! When you open the door, there are stairs! Let’s go in right away!”

Mari: “The floor below the share house is an office♪ This is the reception area♪ It’s so beautiful that you’d never imagine there’s a home upstairs♪”
Kumiko: “That’s right! The 2nd floor is a shared office. The 3rd floor is the share house! You’d never guess, right?”

Mari: “These are delivery boxes♪ It’s so convenient that they can keep your packages for you even when you’re not home!”
Kumiko: “Exactly! When you’re working, it can be hard to receive packages in person. Delivery boxes are a nice feature◎”

Mari: “This is the door to the house! From here, you’d want to head out cheerfully every day♪”
Kumiko: “If your housemates said, ‘Have a good day!’ to you, it feels like you could head out full of energy!”

Mari: “Look, the entrance has such spacious lockers! With this, even if things get hectic in the morning, you won’t bump into anyone, so it’s great♪”
Kumiko: “They’re like lockers! Yes, you won’t bump into anyone, and what’s more, when you open the door there’s also a mirror inside, so you can check your appearance too. Very handy♪”

Mari: “After eating at the dining table, you can relax a little while watching TV♪ It can really suit different uses, can’t it?”
Kumiko: “But if you get too excited chatting with the girls while watching TV, it might not feel like a break at all!? (laughs)”

Kumiko: “Let’s watch TV together over here!!”
Mari: “It looks like it would be fun for everyone to gather here and just relax together♪”

Mari: “It feels so nice with all the natural light coming in, it makes you want to study and work here too♪”
Kumiko: “It really does get so much light, doesn’t it! So bright! I wonder if work would go smoothly here too~♪”

Mari: “The kitchen is nice and wide across♪ It might be fun to cook together with friends too !(^^)! Kumi-chan, what would you make~?”
Kumiko: “I’d make… hamburger steaks! Because I want to eat them, Mari-chan, you make them (laughs). If we cook together, maybe we’ll both get better at cooking.”

Kumiko: “Ta-da! Since the kitchen utensils are already provided, you don’t have to buy them yourself! They even have things like a blender—items you normally wouldn’t buy when living alone!”
Mari: “And there are so many rice cookers too! With this many, you can cook your own rice♪ It would be fun if friends made different kinds too—mixed rice, chestnut rice, plain white rice, and so onw”

Mari: “Please take the dishes from this shelf♪ The shelf has such a retro look and is so cute♪”
Kumiko: “Right? The shelf is so cute♪ Girls really do get excited even by simple pieces of furniture♪”

Mari: “Things that are for your own use only, or things you don’t want others to use, can go on your own shelf♪ This way they won’t get mixed up with the other housemates’ things, which is nice♪”
Kumiko: “It’s easier to use when you separate your own things from the shared things! And if you put them in storage, your room stays neat too!”

Mari: “These are the stairs♪ They’re so incredibly wide~ !(^^)! You can walk up and down very comfortably like this (*^。^*)”
Kumiko: “There’s definitely enough width! And since it’s carpeted, footsteps early in the morning or late at night probably won’t echo as much.”

Mari: “Even with two girls lying on it, the bed is still this spacious♪ It’s pretty wide, Kumi-chan♪”
Kumiko: “Even if we roll around laughing, we won’t fall off! (laughs) Beds always make you want to fool around a little!”

Mari: “Natural light comes into every room, and it feels so pleasant♪ With this, I could stay by the window forever♪”
Kumiko: “A bright room really is important! Just don’t stay by the window so long that you get sunburned!”

Mari: “The closet inside the room is big too (*^。^*) It holds a lot, so you can keep putting things in♪”
Kumiko: “Wow!!! There’s so much storage! And there are different ways to organize things, so it looks really easy to use!”

Mari: “The wallpaper has a floral pattern♪ So cute. The room is spacious, so it seems like you could fit quite a lot of furniture too (*^。^*)”
Kumiko: “You could probably arrange your room in your own style—matching the wallpaper with your storage or interior decor and so on!”

Mari: “There are actually two levels of hanging rods♪ This makes everything easy to see, and even someone like me with lots of clothes would be fine♪”
Kumiko: “That’s right—two levels! The back and the front are at different heights, so all of your many dresses, Mari-chan, can hang properly!”

Mari: “The room key! Believe it or not, it’s a card key! It’s so cool! It feels just like a hotel!!”
Kumiko: “The room key security is incredibly high! It really is like a hotel. Actually, it might even be more secure than a hotel. So reassuring~”

Mari: “This room has black furniture, so it feels chic and grown-up♪ We even tried putting on glasses to look more grown-up too (*^。^*)”
Kumiko: “Intellectual!? (laughs) This room has a totally different feel! Corner rooms get so much light from the windows! Such a bright room~”

Mari: “There’s storage under the bed♪ Just having this makes a huge difference in how much you can store, doesn’t it?♪”
Kumiko: “Space under the bed is definitely something you want to make full use of for storage!”

Mari: “If anything happens, press this emergency button♪ We’ll come right away (*^。^*)”
Kumiko: “Mari-chan, help meee! …Well, not that. It comes with SECOM! That’s a great security feature for women.”

Mari: “When you step out onto the balcony, this is the view♪ It really feels like THE★city♪ But it feels so nice too, right, Kumi-chan? (*^。^*)”
Kumiko: “It feels great! The high-rise apartment building in the back really gives it that city feeling (laughs). But since there aren’t any tall buildings right nearby, it still gets plenty of light◎ You can dry your futon and laundry really well too~”

Kumiko: “Morning, Mari-chan! Let me borrow your face wash!”
Mari: “Sure, sure. There are two sinks, so no fighting over them♪ It seems like little moments of communication like this would make getting ready together fun and friendly♪”

Mari: “There’s also a bath, and there are lots of showers too♪ So it seems like waiting for a shower probably won’t be a problem♪”
Kumiko: “One bath and four showers! It seems like people could use them without their times overlapping too much! It would be sad to come all the way out of your room and then have to go back because they’re occupied…”

Mari: “Near the showers, everyone has their own shelf properly set up♪ With this, even if you forget something, you don’t have to go back to your room~ (*^。^*)”
Kumiko: “And the shelves can be locked properly too, so you can leave your bath items there all the time!”

Mari: “At Chez Moi Iidabashi, there’s a bathtub this large! Every day feels like a luxurious hot-spring experience!”
Kumiko: “What is this bath—so spacious!! It’s amazing that a home in the middle of the city has a bath like a mini public bath!”
