The prime spot on the top floor

The share house we visited today, 『Tokyo Commu+』, is located about 10 minutes from the Yamanote Line “Nishi-Nippori” Station.
The entire building has been renovated, and the top floor and rooftop make up the share-house area.
Because the building is managed in an integrated manner, you can feel safe!

When you open the entrance door, you are greeted by the warmth of wood, concrete walls, and new wallpaper and materials.
Although the mix of old and new materials felt somewhat mysterious, the space was nostalgic and warm.

Stylishly designed rooms, thoughtfully chosen stylish interiors—and, above all, a rooftop with a superb view!!
It’s a home where you can spend time leisurely by yourself, invite friends and have fun, and enjoy different colors every day.
Please have a look♪

Kumiko “A high-security card-type key! And since the entire building is managed by a single administrator, that’s reassuring.”
Ayako “So the key is card-type—wonderful! The pure-white door has a nice atmosphere.”

Kumiko “Yoo-hoo! The entrance is spacious. I was surprised that the whole door opens!”
Ayako “Welcome! A large entrance door is great—you can easily carry in slightly bigger luggage!”

Kumiko “The fresh scent of wood is soothing♪ It looks like you can raise the dividers depending on the type of shoes! Boots season is coming, so that’s convenient.”
Ayako “Yes! Exactly. There’s quite a bit of depth too, so let’s arrange the shoes creatively! Shoes that don’t fit should be stored in your room.”

Ayako “Relaxed girls’ talk♪ The chandelier sets the mood! When it gets dark outside it will create an even more wonderful atmosphere!”
Kumiko “Such a lovely chandelier—it matches the lounge perfectly. Overnight stays aren’t allowed, but you can invite friends, so I’d like to have a long chat.”

Ayako “Two Cassina sofas?! That’s high-end furniture I could never buy myself!! Luxurious♪”
Kumiko “So that’s why they feel so comfortable…♪ In a share house you can enjoy luxury you can’t afford when living alone.”

Kumiko “Look—! This thing in the corner of the room. What do you think it is?!”
Ayako “What is it, what?! I thought it was an air purifier, but it’s a plant-growing kit! I wonder what will grow. Watching its daily growth will be fun!”

Ayako “Wow—a balcony with a view of the Skytree! There aren’t many tall buildings nearby, so the view is perfect!”
Kumiko “Great view, right? It’s a bit cloudy now, but it must feel wonderful when it’s sunny! And in summer we can even watch fireworks.”

Ayako “A kitchen with a warm wooden feel is nice! Each person has plenty of storage, so we can keep lots of seasonings. Kumi-chan, what will you cook for us???”
Kumiko “The mix of wood and stainless steel looks stylish! All necessary kitchen utensils are provided—so easy♪ Ayako-chan… I might get so engrossed in conversation I can’t cook, haha.”

Ayako “I like the simple design that’s easy for both women and men to use! It makes you want to keep it clean every day.”
Kumiko “Yeah! And it’s nice that the wet area is spacious. A cleaning company comes once a week♪ Please take out your own trash. No duty roster makes it easy.”

Ayako “All these windows give a bright atmosphere, and the high ceiling adds a sense of openness!”
Kumiko “Bright indeed! The wooden ceiling feels like a villa♪ And of course you can see the Skytree!”

Ayako “I’ve never seen such an open room with so many windows! The balcony is right there, so you feel like you have a very wide space all to yourself!”
Kumiko “With the wide windows it feels connected to the outside, so it seems spacious! It’s a corner room—this room is my favorite!!”

Ayako “The built-in desk is big, so even with a desktop PC there’s still plenty of space! I feel like great ideas will come up!”
Kumiko “Even with furniture, the room is spacious—nice! Oh! Chic OL Ayako-chan♪ I’m looking forward to your next project! I might fall asleep while reading magazines, haha.”

Ayako “Simple and nice! Because it’s fixed from the ceiling, the room is designed to be used widely—good idea♪”
Kumiko “Pole hangers are convenient! Since it’s above the bed, you could even decorate it as part of the interior.”

Ayako “Great use of the space under the bed♪ Girls have lots of things, so hidden storage is nice!”
Kumiko “Exactly! Under-bed space is essential for tidying up. Commercial drawers don’t always fit, so built-ins are appreciated!”

Kumiko “The built-in bed is actually made in France—how it feels to sleep on it… that’s something to look forward to♪”
Ayako “Made in France—amazing! The bed legs are a bit tall, so cleaning the floor will be easy.”

Ayako “This room has a unisex vibe! I like a cool atmosphere, so the combination of concrete coolness and white warmth is just my taste♪”
Kumiko “It’s simple yet stylish! It keeps the old character of the building while blending in the renovated new feel—an indescribably wonderful atmosphere.”

Ayako “This room is even cooler! On a rainy day I’d like to hole up here—it feels like my own secret base.”
Kumiko “Really cool!!! The full concrete makes it feel less like a house and more like an atelier. This room is for men, but women can ask about it too♪”

Ayako “The screws are left exposed in the concrete wall—super wild! You can hang hangers on them, so it’s actually quite functional!”
Kumiko “We discovered it’s functional as well as stylish♪ Even hanging a single shirt on this wall would look like art.”

Ayako “Wow—a glass washstand! I’ve always wanted one! They have separate ones here for men and women!”
Kumiko “So cute—like a shop!! It’s great that not only the bath but also the washstands are separated for men and women.”

Ayako “The men’s area is stylish too♪ Did you get your hairstyle set?!”
Kumiko “Hmm, what hairstyle should I choose today? I guess my usual straight, lol. The pure-white wall makes my skin feel a tone brighter!”

Ayako “The showers are separated by gender, and there are two of them! For living alone, a shower is plenty!”
Kumiko “The changing area is spacious, so changing clothes is easy! There’s a public bath near the station, so going there might be fun too!”

Kumiko “So spa-cious!!!! It’s wonderful that you can clearly see the Skytree lights!”
Ayako “The sense of openness is irresistible! I want to invite lots of friends and have a BBQ! This place could become everyone’s hangout.”

Bright rooms and a stylish dining area—wonderful, aren’t they! Even when you feel hesitant to invite friends out of consideration for the residents, you can still have lively rooftop parties for events like BBQs or fireworks viewing with everyone!
Despite being on the Yamanote Line, the rent is very reasonable, starting in the ¥50,000 range♪
