The share house we visited today is located less than a ten-minute walk from Tabata Station.
Because a Yamanote Line station is available, access is convenient—this property is
‘Tokyo Share+’.
Although it is a women-only share house, the shared lounge and salon form an open space
where you can enjoy time with friends and even have neighbors drop by. With the stylish
interior, it’s exciting to imagine what kind of events will be held here.
For private areas, you can choose a room according to the points you care about: one with
its own wet area, one furnished, one with a kitchen garden, or one with a large closet—
you might have trouble deciding which room to take!
Now, let’s show you the rooms all at once!
Shoko「I’m back!! I’m so happy about this spacious entrance!」
Kumiko「Welcome back♪ It’s lovely that so much light pours in.」
Shoko「Because the mailboxes are separated, there’s no worry about mixing up with other people’s mail!」
Kumiko「They’re protected with dial locks, and there’s even a delivery box.」
Shoko「With a card key, the security is perfect!」
Kumiko「Visitors—friends and neighbors—are allowed in the 1F common area, so security is extra thorough.」
Shoko「There’s a shoe rack right after you enter! It’s wide enough for even short boots!」
Kumiko「You can fit about two pairs. With a trunk room or some storage goods you could fit a bit more.」
Shoko「Such a spacious lounge! Every chair and detail of the décor is stylish!」
Kumiko「The lounge furnishings are imports from Thailand♪ That’s why everything looks so well-coordinated.」
Shoko「The kitchen is IH and flat, so cooking is easy and cleaning is a breeze♪」
Kumiko「Because there’s no partition between the lounge-kitchen area and the entrance, it feels wide open. Even if lots of outside guests come, it’s fine!」
Shoko「There’s a huge storage space under the kitchen! So handy for storing lots of things!」
Kumiko「Plates, chopsticks, and all necessary utensils are provided, so there’s no need to bring anything new.」
Kumiko「The shelves hold microwaves, kettles, and other kitchen appliances as well.」
Shoko「There are so many rice cookers! Everything fits neatly, so it looks tidy!」
Shoko「The lighting matches the lounge perfectly and looks chic.」
Kumiko「The exposed ceiling is like a beauty salon—stylish! Each light fixture adds to the atmosphere and is adorable.」

Kumiko「It’s a large bath connected to the lounge. The size of the dressing area is surprising!」
Shoko「The pure-white bath feels so clean—nice!」
Kumiko「Yes, it’s lovely. And really spacious! It seems there are set days to use the big bath, so you can relax once a week♪」
Shoko「Look! It’s so wide! Being able to bathe in a large tub makes you happy.」
Kumiko「It’s hard to get to a spa, and public baths can feel awkward, so having one at home is great!」
Shoko「It would be fun if everyone got in together! Getting to know each other in the bath is important♪」
Kumiko「This is the storage room. Because it’s close to the entrance, you could set up shoe shelves here.」
Shoko「It’s big enough for golf bags or snowboards.」
Kumiko「In summer you could keep bulky winter clothes here, keeping your room tidy!」
Shoko「The multipurpose hall has so many uses—you could even do yoga as a hobby♪」
Kumiko「Residents can teach each other what they’re good at, so your hobbies could really expand.」
Shoko「When you start a new hobby you worry about keeping it up, but if it’s in your own home you probably can!」
Shoko「Relaxing in the sun on the terrace while reading♪ So restful.」
Kumiko「Actually, this is the smoking area. But if no one’s here, it’s perfect for relaxing. Because of the high walls, you don’t have to worry about outside eyes.」
Shoko「A simple yet stylish clock♪ Even the small décor items are cute!」
Shoko「There’s another lock from the lounge to the rooms—security-wise that’s reassuring♪」
Kumiko「The second lock—beyond this point are the individual rooms. Because anyone is welcome in the lounge, the rooms are well-protected by security.」
Shoko「The room is based on white, so it feels spacious! Sleep soundly on a made-in-France bed♪」
Kumiko「It’s big! And the large window makes it bright and pleasant.」
Shoko「There’s a washbasin in the room—it’s convenient♪ The glass sink is cute♡」
Kumiko「Having water facilities inside your room is great. On busy mornings you don’t have to leave the room!」
Kumiko「A pole hanger is installed. The room is spacious, so with storage shelves you could arrange various furniture.」
Shoko「You can hang hangers—it lets you dry laundry in the room!」
Shoko「Some rooms even come with a kitchen♪ Great for quick cooking!」
Kumiko「Wow, that’s wonderful!! Being able to live almost like alone is really nice.」
Shoko「A large-capacity storage space—so nice! Your room will stay tidy!」
Kumiko「With rooms that have a washbasin, mini-kitchen, storage, and furniture, you can choose according to what you value most.」
Shoko「There’s a refrigerator installed. Just having one this size is truly handy!」
Kumiko「Yes! Very convenient—you don’t have to go all the way to the lounge for drinks or snacks.」
Shoko「Incredibly, there are rooms where you can do kitchen gardening! Your hobbies will grow—you’ll be torn about what to cultivate!」
Kumiko「Three rooms come with kitchen gardens, and you can add one later as an option, so you can start anytime.」
Shoko「Each room has carefully selected cute furniture! This shocking-pink chair makes my heart skip a beat♡」
Kumiko「Colors differ and the furniture differs slightly, so it’s hard to choose which room.」
Shoko「This room has retro, antique-style furniture♪ It completely changes the atmosphere.」
Kumiko「The floor feel also differs by room, matching the furniture and giving a great vibe—wonderful!」
Kumiko「The corner room on the top floor feels like an attic—so stylish.」
Shoko「A ten-tatami room is very spacious! Plenty of sunlight streams in—so pleasant!」
Shoko「The hallway is carpeted to prevent footsteps from echoing—nice!」
Kumiko「Yes, carpet absorbs sound. It seems cleaners come four or five times a week, so it stays clean—great!」
Shoko「You can study or read in the study room—it helps you concentrate! Work will progress!」
Kumiko「In your own room you tend to get distracted, and in cafés you’re conscious of others…Having such a space at home is wonderful!」
Shoko「There’s also a floor with a kitchen—you can whip something up quickly!」
Kumiko「No need to go down to 1F. When you’re alone, this is enough; when everyone gathers you can use the lounge—nice separation.」
Shoko「Love the terrace! Reading with tea, watching the night sky with wine—girl talk will flourish♡」
Kumiko「Having a terrace gives a great sense of openness—so nice and cool! I want to have a rooftop BBQ with everyone. Maybe we can even see fireworks in summer!?」
Shoko「Every floor has a shower, washbasin, and toilet—great for busy mornings.」
Kumiko「Bright, clean washbasins feel good♪ They’re stylish and lift your mood.」
Shoko「There are plenty of showers, so you can use them whenever you like!」
Kumiko「Yes! The big bath is about once a week, but the showers are free anytime. There’s a dressing room, too.」
Shoko「On the huge balcony you can hang out laundry!」
Kumiko「It’s so wide you can even dry bedding you couldn’t in a normal studio—nice♪」
Shoko「A kitchen garden everyone raises together! Watching things grow will be fun!」
Kumiko「A rooftop garden is my dream. I want to have home parties with plenty of vegetables we’ve grown! I want to broaden my hobbies!」
Kumiko「I wonder what vegetables these are. When you grow them yourself you pour love into them, and touching nature is soothing.」
Shoko「Food made with vegetables we’ve grown ourselves tastes especially good! I’m already excited♪」
Shoko「With SECOM installed, security is reassuring♪」
Kumiko「There’s a bicycle parking area outside, also protected by SECOM. Because it’s women-only, security must be perfect!」
A women-only share house.
Although friends cannot stay overnight, anyone can visit the lounge, which sounds fun! The security compensates for that, so it’s safe.
Furthermore, some rooms come with a washbasin and mini-kitchen, giving more privacy than other properties—definitely a good point.
A share house where you can use the Yamanote Line. All rooms are at least seven tatami in size, with high privacy, yet rents start in the ¥50,000 range!
It’s a property that makes you want to move in right away.
Also, on the first floor there is a large salon where residents can easily start new things together, such as yoga, dance, flower arranging, and more—very attractive♪
