Hello. Sari and Aya are going to introduce “Couverure Nishi-Kasai” with 3 large common spaces, a living room, a kitchen dining, and a café.

A brand of Couverure is known as a department store because this company manages a lot of shared houses. The shared house we are going to introduce is the latest one. So, this is the most comfortable shared house ever. The location is Nishi-Kasai. There is Tozai Line, so it’s convenient to commute and go to school. Also, it’s close to Tokyo Disney Land.

You can use 3 common spaces for your purpose or feeling. They must make interaction between residents active. There are 38 rooms and it is available for men and women, so you can have a true pleasure of a shared house.

Sari「Aya, it is for the first time to come a shared house.」

Aya「 Yes! I am looking forward to it.」

Sari「Let’s go to see the living room.」

Aya「It’s so large and wonderful.」

Sari「That’s true. This living room has a big window and it can get a lot of sunlight, so it is a open living room..」

Aya「This living room is good for a girls’ night and a party.」

Sari「This house has 3 living rooms, so we can use them in many ways.」

Sari「If you live in a shared house, what do you want to do?」

Aya「Absolutely, I want to talk with a lot of house mates! There are many people in a large shared house, so I think that it is very fun for me to have conversation with people who have various backgrounds.」

Sari「I think so, too. A story which you haven’t experienced is interesting. When I asked a company to manage shared houses, they said there is a shared house which a flight attendant, soldier, and flower artist live.」

Aya「That’s house must be interesting. I want to talk with them.」

Sari「Let’s go to the next living room.」

Sari「Here is a kitchen dining. You can cook and eat here.」

Aya「Although I don’t cook many times, I might cook here, talking with housemates.」

Sari「Nice! Recently many exchange students and people living in Japan on a working holiday have lived in a shared house, so you can exchange your home country dishes.」

Aya「That’s great! This is culture exchange literally. I like Thai dishes, so I want to eat Thai dishes which Thai cooks.」

Aya「Cooking utensils and dishes are already equipped, so I can start to learn Thai dishes soon.」

Sari「Nice! And, there are some microwave ovens and rice-cookers ,so I don’t need to wait for someone to use them.」

Aya「Yes. I really want to cook. I want to learn many kinds of dishes when I live in a shared house.」

Sari「Good. Also, an event to make a bread was held in another shared house!」

Aya「That’s wonderful. This house has 3 living rooms, so we can hold the same event here.」

Aya「Is this a café? There is a good coffee machine.」

Sari「Yes, it is. This room is smaller than the other living rooms, so it is good to relax in small number of people.」

Aya「I cannot work in my room, so I want to study and read a book here with a good coffee.」

Sari「It is nice that there is such a place. I don’t need to go a café outside, so I can save money and time.」

Sari「Here is a room! It is simple and nice. And, Necessary stuffs are equipped.」

Aya「Although I though that a room of a shared house was simple more, this room is great. The bed is big and there is also a table, so you can work and study.」

Sari「Yes. When I heard a story from people living long in a shared house, they have their own time. Although it’s fun to spend time together, it’s also important to spend their own time. This is a good tip to live in a shared house long.」

Aya「There is a big refrigerator. It’s good that I can have own refrigerator.」

Sari「Hey, Aya! Look at this! Do you know what this stick is for?」

Aya「No, I have no idea.」

Sari「When you hang your laundry indoors, you can hang it here. You can hang it outside, but when you hang your underwear, you can do it indoors.」

Aya「That’s very nice! This house is very concerned about how men and women both can live comfortably.」

Sari「That’s true. And, this room has a box under the bed, so you can put lots of stuffs in the room.」

Sari「This room has a balcony!」

Aya「There is a cheer blossom in front of us. When spring comes, we can have an Ohanami party here which is a traditional Japanese party.」

Sari「Yes! There is also a big park in front of us. We can enjoy a view of the four seasons from this room.」

Aya「Yeah! We can also go on a picnic to the park. We can make sandwiches together if we live together.」

Sari「Sounds nice! Next, let’s go to see the 1st floor.」

Aya「When you are alone, what do you do?」

Sari「 I watch movies recently because I got Netflix. My favorite one is “Terrace House” which is a documentary program of a shared house. I always think I want to live in a shared house whenever I watch it.」

Aya「I see. What do you think a shared house is attractive to you?」

Sari「 I think it is good that we can have a birthday party together and hang out together. Also, there are guys, so I always care about myself like keeping my room clean and makeup.」

Aya「 I see. If I am alone, I don’t think I want to do that. If there are guys, I may become like you. I wish I could change.」

Clothes can be hanged up on this wall.

Sari「Next, Let’s go to see a bathroom. There are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub in each floor.」

Aya「 It is good that there is not only a shower but also bathtub.」

Sari「I think so, too. Sometimes I feel that I want to take a bath.」

Aya「A sink is also big! Also, it is convenient because faucet is a shower head.」

Sari「Here is the laundry room.」

Aya「There are 7 washing machines and 3 dryers. It’s enough for all 38 residents.」

Sari「It is good that they are Panasonic products because when I went to study in the U.S, I realized that a Japanese electronic product is very good.」

aya「I want to do simulation which is when I come back home.」

Sari「 I’m home!」

Aya「Welcome back!」

Sari「By the way, we have to check how big a shoe box is because it is one of the important points when we choose a house.」

Aya「 Really?」

Sari「Each person has a own shoe box, so nobody is worried about it.」

Aya「And, you can adjust the height of the shoe box! It is very useful for me because I have boots.」

There is a machine to deodorize above the shoe box.

Sari「What do you think of this shared house?」

Aya「This is very great. Although it is for the first time to come a shared house, I think it is easier to live than a house I live by myself because it is convenient.」

Sari「That’s true. There are many good points.」

Aya「A woman living by herself has lots of things to worry such as security and so on. If there is anyone in a house, I feel safe.」

Sari「Exactly. When you have a trouble, someone can help you.」
