First, I will announce the top 5 properties that received the most inquiries from January 1 to August 31, 2024. Afterwards, I will also introduce notable new properties that opened during the same period.




Inquiry Rankings


Out of the top 5, four properties were in Tokyo and one was in Chiba. While inquiries are concentrated in Tokyo, what makes the property in Chiba attractive? Let's unveil the details.

Moreover, the rooms are spacious, and each comes with its own bath, toilet, and washbasin, which will be reassuring for those who are hesitant to share these facilities. It seems flawless, and yet, the rent is also reasonable, starting in the 50,000 yen range. If you are looking in Ichikawa, access to Tokyo via the Tozai Line isn't bad either, so it might be a good idea to visit the property first.
