This time, we visited ‘Garden Terrace Hamadayama,’ a 5-minute walk from “Hamadayama” Station on the Keio Inokashira Line. The share house we are introducing today is a very stylish brick-faced home located in Hamadayama, an area known for its quiet, upscale residential neighborhood.
The surrounding area is an elegant streetscape lined with beautifully gardened homes, and every time you come back here, it feels like you can somehow reset yourself from the bustle of the city and relax. It is a mysteriously calming place.
Please take a look♪
First, enjoy the girls’ review in video form♪

Mai “Wow, the exterior is so beautiful! It looks just like a house overseas!”
Hitomi “It really doesー! It feels like a Nordic vacation home♪ A brick-faced house is so cute♪”

Mai “Welcome home, Hitomi-san! Just kidding^^ The moment you open the door, lots of warm sunlight pours in.”
Hitomi “I’m homeー! The inside has brick too♪ It feels warm and cozy, which is nice♪”

Mai “This is the storage space in the entrance.”
Hitomi “With this much, you can use as much as you wantー!! Shoes just keep increasing, so having lots of storage really helps~”

Mai “This is the living room. It’s so stylish!!”
Hitomi “A glass table and bamboo interior décor! I heard the leather chairs are very expensive!! The dish cabinet and everything else are stylish too!! The notebook on the table is like a communication book for residents to exchange opinions with each other.
It had things written in it like self-introductions and little notices about appliance problems~! Since it’s communal living, reporting, communicating, and consulting are important!”

Mai “You can sit here and chat with everyone.”
Hitomi “Exactlyー! It makes me want to buy really good tea and coffee tooー♪ The large TV and chandelier bring out the luxurious feel even moreー!”

Mai “Next is the kitchen. Here you go, Hitomi-san, a plate.”
Hitomi “Thanks, Mai-chan! Even a little moment like this looks picture-perfect~♪ The greenery peeking through the small kitchen window is lovely too.”

Mai “It’s spacious, so for about two people, it doesn’t feel cramped at all.”
Hitomi “It’s such a roomy kitchen♪ Being able to cook while looking outside is such a luxury!!”

Hitomi “I’ve never seen storage like this!! When I pulled it down from the front, it came down! They’ve really thought through every little detail!”
Mai “What is thisー!? You can pull it down! I’ve never seen this before! Amazing!”

Mai “Unbelievably, it’s a dishwasher!”
Hitomi “It’ll be especially useful in the coming season. This is actually my first time seeing a share house with a dishwasher!”

Hitomi “Ta-da! A top-of-the-line oven microwave! It looks like it could become a reliable ally for someone like me who isn’t good at cooking♪”
Mai “They really have all kinds of convenient things here!”

Mai “There’s so much storage space! It seems like you could use it smartly without things getting cluttered.”
Hitomi “That’s trueー! Things always keep increasing in the kitchen, so maybe having more storage than you think you need is just right♪”

Mai “There are lots of glasses. The designs are stylish too. Not just the glasses—the whole space has a very transparent, airy feel.”
Hitomi “Yes, yes. I wonder if this is a shelf for interior display. The calm dark brown and the transparent glass go so well together♪”

Mai “Here, you can relax on the fluffy sofa while watching TV♪”
Hitomi “This sofa is unbelievably relaxing! (laughs) Apparently the TV can even be rotated with the remote control!”

Mai “What!! You can see who has come from this remote control!”
Hitomi “That means it’s the device that lets you see the face of a visitor who rings the intercom, right!? I’ve seen wall-mounted ones before, but I’m amazed that the face shows up on the remote controlー!”

Mai “The plants are a nice accent to the overall white space too.”
Hitomi “They really are! People naturally feel calm when there are plants around~. There’s even a stylish cactus here!”

Mai “Now then, here’s the room! It feels like everything is already provided!!”
Hitomi “It really isー! It comes with a bed, desk, chair, TV, lighting, shelves, air conditioner, curtains, a walk-in closet, and even a refrigeratorーーーー!!! You could come here with just yourself!”

Mai “There’s even a refrigerator!”
Hitomi “It’s amazing that each room comes with its own refrigerator!! That’s as much privacy as a one-room apartment!!”

Mai “Huh? Huh? Are closets really supposed to be this deep?”
Hitomi “This is spacious enough that it almost feels wasteful to call it just a closet! What a luxurious room~♪”

Mai “This is another closet where you can store all kinds of things. Huh? Hitomi-san, are you going to sleep in here? (laughs)”
Hitomi “It’s just so big, I couldn’t help it (laughs). It’s spacious enough to use as a bedroom. You could store absolutely anything in hereー.”

Mai “This is what the whole room looks like. There’s a desk, a bed, and even a refrigerator and TV!”
Hitomi “This is a different room, isn’t it! Just as Mai-chan said, each room comes equipped not only with furniture but also with a full set of appliances!”

Mai “There are drawers under the bed that can also be used for storage.”
Hitomi “I’m always unsure how to make use of this kind of dead space, so having storage there is really convenient!!”

Mai “This is yet another room, different from the one before.”
Hitomi “That’s rightー! This is the room on the second floor with lots of windows♪ The sunlight brightens up the room. The greenery visible from the windows creates such a refreshing atmosphere♪”

Hitomi “And this room comes with a skylight! It’s high up, isn’t it~! The natural light coming in feels wonderful♪”
Mai “Wow, amazing! Having a skylight makes it feel so open.”

Mai “This room also has a closet with plenty of storage space.”
Hitomi “Having a closet is so nice!! This looks like it could hold a lot.”

Mai “What a stylish window. The view outside is beautiful too.”
Hitomi “Seeing greenery really makes you feel at ease, doesn’t it?”

Mai “There are so many windows!”
Hitomi “The shapes have a Nordic feel to them, so cute!”

Mai “Oh? What’s that outside...?”
Hitomi “What could it beー?? A balcony maybe??”

Mai “Amazingー! A t-terrace!? It’s huge!”
Hitomi “So it was a rooftop terraceー!! Since it’s this spacious, you could do anything here☆ Let’s all drink beer and talk late into the autumn nights togetherー!”

Mai “This is the washstand. It’s pure white and full of cleanliness.”
Hitomi “It’s such a clean and beautiful washstandー”

Mai “Are the washing machines new too? They’re so clean.”
Hitomi “They all look brand new, don’t theyー! A washing machine that can wash plenty at once is so convenient! By the way, Mai-chan, you look like you’re in a laundry detergent commercial (laughs)”

Mai “This is wide enough that two people could use it together.”
Hitomi “The mirror is huge~!! It’ll be convenient in the mornings when it gets crowded! Actually, couldn’t three or four people probably use it at once??!!”

Mai “The bath! It’s way too spacious! This is exactly the kind of thing women would love.”
Hitomi “A bath this spacious is something you’d almost never come across when living alone! The chic color tones make it feel mature and cool!”

Mai “This was definitely a property that anyone would be satisfied living in!”
Hitomi “It was a property with nothing but points to praise! I want to be grateful for having come across it!!”
