Today we visited the share house COURI014 Sakuradai, located in Sakuradai, Nerima‑ku.

It’s just a three‑minute walk from Sakuradai Station, whose surroundings form a small shopping street.
The neighborhood is lush with greenery, and the many families living here give the streets a relaxing feel.
Among the rows of detached houses, one with striking purple exterior walls really stands out—that’s COURI014. The yellow front door is also pop and cute.

Each floor and each room has its own color scheme; some rooms let you indulge your hobbies, while others have balconies where you can do gardening—
this property shows many different faces.
I’m excited to see what the rooms are like☆

Nao: “A door with a mirror is nice for a last‑minute check before heading out.”

Nao: “You can store a lot of shoes in here.”
Kumiko: “The storage is huge! Even boots and rain boots will fit.”

Nao: “There are three sinks lined up, so you can use the space comfortably.”
Kumiko: “During the busy mornings you won’t have to wait! Even the laundry boxes are stylish and cute♪”

Kumiko: “With three washing machines and dryers, there shouldn’t be any waiting.”
Nao: “It’s convenient when all the wet areas are in one place.”

Kumiko: “Alright, the usual check, lol. The bath is a family type, so it’s spacious!”
Nao: “The bathroom is roomy too. It’s nice that it feels clean.”

Kumiko: “Lots of light comes into the living room—so bright and nice.”
Nao: “The living room is stylishly coordinated. It looks like you could relax here.”
Kumiko: “The furniture, rug, and accessories are all stylish! It makes you feel laid‑back yet somehow elegant.”

Kumiko: “If you brought some wine, you could have a home party right away.”
Nao: “Every day could turn into a home party, haha.”

Nao: “This is the space at the back of the living room.”
Kumiko: “You could eat in the front and use the back for hobbies—change the use depending on the occasion.”

Kumiko: “It’s not that my legs fell asleep, lol. There are plenty of sofas, so it’s really practical.”
Nao: “It really makes you want to throw a home party!”

Nao: “A counter kitchen that overlooks the living room. Cooking would be fun and there’s plenty of storage.”
Kumiko: “The size is for household use, but because it’s a counter kitchen it feels spacious, and you can see the whole room.”

Nao: “It’s fun to cook while chatting!”
Kumiko: “I’d probably sneak a bite before bringing the food out, haha. I love the sense of unity with the living room.”

Kumiko: “Hmm, Nao‑chan’s smile really fires me up to cook, haha. Cooking is fun when you can talk.”
Nao: “It’s lonely if your friends just sit and wait, right?”

Nao: “Bow‑tie pasta—so cute♪ All the decorations are really stylish!”
Kumiko: “There are so many things you can’t collect when living alone, just looking at them gets me excited.”

Nao: “Here’s the storage♪ It looks like it can hold quite a bit.”
Kumiko: “There are cupboards below and shelves behind, so you can store kitchenware properly—nice.”

Kumiko: “There are various types of rooms too.”
Nao: “This room has shelves with adjustable height. It really broadens how you can use the space.”

Kumiko: “This room has a loft bed♪ It’s a great way to make use of the space. I love this kind of setup.”
Nao: “The sunlight is excellent too♪”

Nao: “Even the hallway on the girls‑only floor is cute in pink.”
Kumiko: “The second floor is for girls only♪ The shade of pink is different in each room—find the one you like best!”

Nao: “Stylish display.”
Kumiko: “There are lots of cute decorations in the hallway too★”

Kumiko: “The room plates and the flowers are cute too～♪ It really lifts your spirits, right?”

Kumiko: “Because it’s a girls‑only room, the base color is pink. But it’s a calming shade of pink♪”
Nao: “I heard there’s a sweets shop nearby. Having a shopping street around is kind of comforting.”

Nao: “Even the key is stylish and cute.”
Kumiko: “The retro feel is adorable♪”

Nao: “The hobby room has shelves on two sides. You could display all sorts of things.”
Kumiko: “They were a bit high for us to reach, so we’d need a small stepladder.”
Nao: “It would be nice to fall asleep while gazing at things you love. What should I display?”

Kumiko: “This is the wooden deck corridor that leads to the rooms on the third floor.”
Nao: “There are only two rooms and they’re separated from the others, so your privacy is ensured.”
Kumiko: “You need to be a bit careful on rainy days, but there’s a proper roof.”

Nao: “You could even enjoy a home vegetable garden. It’s great for people who love gardening, or it could be the spark to start.”
Kumiko: “You can use it freely, so you might pick up new hobbies♪ Hmm—a green curtain would be lovely in summer.”

Nao: “A house with greenery really is nice.”

Nao: “What a spacious interior!”
Kumiko: “It’s big! It even comes with a pole hanger★ You can ventilate perfectly with the window and door.”

Kumiko: “This window is so interesting!”

The property is colorful, and the interior and accessories are colorful too.
Yet even though many colors are used, the tones are calming, creating a very stylish space.
