Saori “Here is the entrance♪ The red mailbox is so stylish♪”
Kumiko “The white door × greenery × red mailbox make such a picture. And as expected of a newly built property—so clean!”

Saori “Well then, I’ll pop over to the bakery to get some delicious bread!”
Kumiko “Have fun, Saori-chan! We’re having a party with everyone, so buy lots, okay♪”

Saori “This red chair is the focal point of the interior! The mint-colored wallpaper is wonderful, too!”
Kumiko “The red really pops! With the wallpaper and the lamp, everything’s so cute I don’t know where to look♪ The overseas-chic vibe is stylish, too♪”

Saori “Hmm, it looks like there’s a natural-yeast bakery nearby! Shall we go now?”
Kumiko “Let me see… Ah! Looks delicious! Then I’ll ask you, Saori-chan, and I’ll gather the housemates and start getting the party ready♪”

Saori “Kumi-chan, I’ve made coffee♪ I’ve always longed for a counter kitchen♪ It really is nice~”
Kumiko “A counter kitchen is so aspirational! And instead of being the typical ‘homely’ space, it turns into a stylish spot—that’s something unique to a share house♪”

Saori “It’s so comfortable that we end up having girls’ talk right here♪ It feels like a cafe while being at home♪”
Kumiko “Feels like we could stay for hours. You’ll probably make housemates you really click with in no time♪”

Saori “An all-white room feels spacious~! What kind of interior should I choose♪”
Kumiko “Truly pure white!! Even if the window is small, it’s bright. Any interior you put in will probably look stylish☆”

Saori “The closet is so spacious—two people could fit♪ A room where you can store lots of clothes will surely be popular.”
Kumiko “Really! The closet is big! You can hang lots of clothes, and with color boxes you can boost storage capacity! This room will definitely be a popular one◎”

Saori “The all-important under-bed storage is perfect♪”
Kumiko “You don’t often get this much storage! A valuable storage spot!”

Saori “This room has chest-style storage! What should I put in it♪”
Kumiko “Some parts have sliding doors, and some parts are open through—it looks very practical! Displaying small items as accents would be cute, too!”

Saori “Since there’s a window next to the desk, sunshine comes in and it feels great♪ Studying will progress, too!?”
Kumiko “Isn’t the sunlight so good you might fall asleep!? (lol) Bright rooms feel great!”

Saori “As expected of new construction! Everything is clean!”
Kumiko “So clean~♪ The white furniture with the accent of red chairs is irresistibly charming.”

Saori “The wallpaper really is cute♪ Will my hair styling go well, too!?”
Kumiko “I have to make sure I don’t get distracted by the cute wallpaper and mess up (lol). The vanity is bright, so I’m pumped! (lol)”

Saori “There’s a bathtub, too♪ Incidentally, the bucket and stool are mint-colored☆☆”
Kumiko “Even if you usually shower, sometimes you want to soak slowly in the bath♪ With the mint color, the relaxation might double!?”

Saori “This is the washroom. When you use it, hang your towel on the wall hook! I mean, the wallpaper is just too cute!!”
Kumiko “Right!! The blue pattern on white is so cute! Bath time becomes exciting♪ With a hook, you can grab your towel right after the bath!”

Saori “You can put towels and clothing on the storage shelves next to the bath!”
Kumiko “Yes, these shelves are so handy! It’s a hassle to bring things from your room.”

Saori “Ta-da!! Announcing my favorite points of LAFESTA Shibuya ikejiri! Only one stop to Shibuya is so appealing♪”
Kumiko “I’m envious! In the very city center, you can use a cafe-style living room every day. You can lead a stylish life.”
How was it?
When I first heard the sizes of the compact rooms, I wondered, “Can you live there!?” (sorry…), but once I stepped in, I was surprised! Decluttering is essential, but it’s a comfortable space! Above all, the storage capacity under the bed is impressive. Soundproofing is solid, so nighttime phone calls won’t be a concern.
The location goes without saying—excellent♪
You’ll likely be able to discover new shops, cafes, and favorite bars.
