Sharing a room with roomies. Some room has a few bunk beds and others are divided by partitions.
Average rent is 20,000~40,000JPY.

Private Room Type

Besides shared space such as living room, you can have your own room. There are 2 types and one is a room with fixed furniture and the other is a room without furniture. If it is a first time for you to live by yourself, I suggest to you choosing a room with furniture, but if you already has your furniture, you can choose a later room.
Average rent is 45,000~65,000JPY.

Need to purchase furniture when move in a general rent

Can decorate your room like you want

It’s a few cases but some room has own washroom.

Take pains to clean room
