Today, I am reviewing the freshly completed share house filled with the scent of new wood, “Shikakui Sora,” a property that is an 8-minute walk from Noborito Station on the Odakyu Line and the JR Nambu Line。

Guess what! In this share house, one room on the first floor is a “yomogi (mugwort) steam salon”!!!
I go for yomogi steam myself, and I’m sure anyone who does will understand—being able to do it at home is truly ideal♪
Happily, residents can have it once a month for free♪
It’s a share house where you can become beautiful while staying at home.

Once you’ve detoxed with yomogi steam, they want you to absorb something new—wonderful classes like aromatherapy, yoga, tea ceremony, and more will be held in the living room!
They say they want everyone to increase the wonderful things they can do and what they’re good at!

And this share house even lets you take lessons right in the living room!!
You can take classes from wonderful teachers carefully selected through rigorous interviews by Yumemi-san from the operating company, all while staying at home♪
The operating company also puts together a one-month lesson schedule, so you can just go to the living room whenever you want to take a class♪ It looks like the things you love will increase~.
Actually, I, AYANO, am also a yoga instructor who gives yoga lessons here!

Kanami-san, a physical therapist, is a teacher of pelvic care.
We hear the pelvis is very important for women, but don’t you sometimes not know exactly what to pay attention to?

I hear Kanami-san went to France alone last month to study!
A woman who strives to improve even while being a teacher—so inspiring♪
Actually… I, AYANO, will also go to India to study for three months starting in January, so my yoga lessons will be on break, but I’ll come back powered up, so please wait for me!

Miyabi-san is an instructor of style conditioning.
She incorporates ballet.
It’s a program devised based on her own experience—lovely♪
A beautiful posture is something we admire, isn’t it? I want to learn☆

In charge of the aromatherapy and medical herb classes is Hama-sensei. I hear she is also an instructor at a major aromatherapy school.
And amazingly! She was the teacher of the medical herb course that Yumemi-san from the operating company attended to study for running the yomogi steam salon. Wanting her to absolutely hold a class in her own share house, Yumemi-san pitched her intensely, and it was decided she would come (laugh).
Being able to take a charismatic teacher’s class at home is quite a rare opportunity♪
I’m definitely taking it too!!!

I hear that Chikaoka-sensei for tea ceremony runs a classroom in Kagurazaka.
Again, she is the teacher of the tea ceremony school that Yumemi-san has been attending for about five years.
She wants to introduce to everyone only those teachers she can recommend with confidence!
That’s kind of reassuring♪

The atmosphere that Chikaoka-sensei exudes is amazing.
The moment when, in an instant, the air of the share house changed into the tension of the tea ceremony!
Out of character for me, I got nervous….
Chikaoka-sensei, I will definitely attend!!!

I hear the design here was done by Itamoto-san of Itamoto Architectural Design Office.
He’s an architect who has already built many share houses, I’m told.
That’s why it’s so lovely~☆

It’s fine to relax on the tatami, and fine to relax at this café table too♪

This courtyard is completely outdoors!!!
Having an outdoor private space that can’t be seen from the surroundings is rare, isn’t it~?
This place is too good!!!

Ah! It really is Shikakui Sora!! The window heights are different—truly a stylish building♪

There’s a water purifier too, so you can feel at ease♪
No need to buy bottled water!

Dishes are well stocked too♪
Cooking utensils are also provided, so that’s reassuring.

There are shelves above, and you can hang lots of things here too!

Wood-framed windows are so cute♪
It’s full of the scent of wood, and you can truly relax!

There’s proper storage under the bed too♪
A behind-the-scenes powerhouse!

There’s also a skylight, something girls long for♪
At night, I wonder if you can see the starry sky from here?

The protrusion of the wooden window frames also differs for each; I hear there are sizes for placing magazines, paperback-book size, and small-items size. It makes me happy down to the details♪

What is this room~?
Amazingly! There is a space for seasonal clothing changes where you can switch summer and winter clothes!
Each person gets space for two cases, and you can hang coats above, I’m told.
Such thorough consideration♪

I hear the lighting also differs from room to room!
Found a room with a chandelier♪ It’s sparkling!!
I’m told it carries the message, “Girls, keep on sparkling forever!”

Both the washbasin and the mirror are round and cute♪
It feels like there’s no skimping, even in the details♪

Behind this roller screen, you change clothes and take a bath♪
You can feel safe because you can’t be seen!

Each person has one shelf♪ Looks like anything will fit♪
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap can be stocked here.

It’s important to have a bathtub, isn’t it~♪
You want to soak in hot water every day, right?

The shower head is stylish too♪
It’s the type whose angle can be changed, I’m told.

This washbasin next to the bath is also spacious and looks easy to use!
And… as expected, it’s cute here too♪

Today all the teachers had a meeting.
I hear that soon the kitchen table here, designed by the architect, will be made together by the craftsmen and presented to the share house.
It was such a lovely story that I was somehow moved.

With the operating company Yumemi-san and the wonderful teachers, I have a feeling wonderful things will begin from here♪
I’m truly excited too!!

Yumemi-san spoke brightly: “In the hustle of busy days chased by work, even just finding what you like can be quite difficult, can’t it?
