A chemical‑free home built entirely from natural materials that are gentle on the body

Today we visited the share house 『Gratia Warabi』 in Warabi City, Saitama.
You might imagine Saitama is far away,
but it takes less than 30 minutes from Ueno on the Keihin‑Tōhoku Line, and the property is only a 1‑ to 2‑minute walk from the station, so commuting to central Tokyo is easy♪

The welcome board, decorations showing event scenes, and the room‑number plates are all handmade by the share‑house staff and are very cute.
The kitchen, equipped with the latest facilities, is a custom‑made counter type!
There is also a rooftop vegetable garden! Moreover, it seems only materials gentle on the body and completely free of chemicals are used.
We’re looking forward to seeing what kind of place it is.

Kumiko「Someone even baked bread using vegetables they picked.」

Nao「On sunny days, it’s nice to sunbathe here.」

Since it’s a women‑only property, even first‑time solo residents can feel at ease♪
Overnight stays aren’t allowed, but you can invite friends and show off the dream kitchen.
And because the staff are approachable,
you can tell them any concerns as they arise, and they’ll address what they can quickly—wonderful.
