There will be newly build share house with 24 rooms open in Yamanote Line Otsuka Station. Otsuka Station is located between Ikebukuro and Sugamo. Everyone think 「Station located between downtown」. But in 2013, they build big building in station so Otsuka Station have changed a lot. On a south exit, there are tram running and there are old style shopping street. There are batting center, landmark of Otsuka Station, will catch your heart.
There are lots of shops in front of station, but if walk for 5 mins, all those busy atmosphere will changed to quiet atmosphere. There are quiet residential area and share house is located in this area. Also there are supermarket and convenience store is near so you don't have to worry about shopping. Our staff chose everything in share house including wallpaper and flooring. We can't say room is very big, but there will be all furnished and have own mailbox. We are accepting share house tour so please come check once!
★We will have a party for everyone who lives in our share house couple times a year. You may have international exchange and make lots of friends.
