We are a spin-off from QUMA which is a renovation company based in Tokyo. Q Living is a company that provides high quality living. Our representative used to work for a major real estate and housing information website. Among them are comments such as, "Japanese houses are all alike and uninteresting," and "My ideal home is hard to find. And then we create it ourself.

We have renovated a hotel that was in oversupply in time for the Tokyo Olympics, and are now proposing a new type of shared living that updates living alone near a station in the heart of the city, with facilities that allow remote work, which has become established with the Covid-19, and open, comfortable living spaces that are designed for shared use.
