There will be new 54 rooms share house open in Marunouchi Line Shin-Otsuka Station. You may go to Ikebukuro Station and Tokyo Station without transferring train and very popular place for going to school and work! This place is quiet residential area, although it is located inside of Yamanote Line, this is good place for people who are looking for nice and calmed living atmosphere.
There is 24 hour supermarket in front of station, another supermarket and convenience store near share house.
Since it is in residential area, there is no big shopping area, but there is Sunshine Ikebukuro and shopping building in JR Otsuka Station in walking distance so you don't have to worry shopping on your day off! It is safe place to live, have good access to most of major place in Tokyo, etc. around Shin-Otsuka Station.
Share house have 54 rooms, which is large sized building. Room is very compact but have closet and furniture in each room so you may move in very quickly! There is security camera and delivery box. If you are worried about living by yourself, this is for you. And also there is a lounge on a 3rd floor, so you may have chatting with your roommate. There are lots of residents from over seas in our share house so you may have international exchanges! If you want to make friend from all over the world, please come take a look at this share house!
