Hello, I am Harumi. I have lived in a shared house for 6 months. Today, I went to see “Share Residence Kokubunji”

The shared house I live in is a small one, there are 10 people totally. I like a shared house of small number of people, on the other hand, my friend who lives in a large shared house likes a large one.

So, what is a good point of a large shared house? Today I am going to introduce Share Residence Kokubunji which has some lounges and 58 rooms.

Harumi「I see. You really care about people .」

Harumi「It is nice that we can held Ohanami party here which is a Japanese traditional party.」

Hiza「There is a large storage, so no problem for those who have many stuffs.」

Harumi「That’s nice. The tiles on the floor are also cute.」

Hiza「You can get up with sunrise because this room faces west.」

Harumi「Each room has different concept and wall paper, so it is fun for me to choose a room.」

Hiza「A kindergarten teacher is living, so she always practices here.」

Good bathroom for women

Hiza「Lastly, I am going to introduce a bathroom.」

Hiza「You can use a washing machine and dryer here.」

Hiza「This is the powder room for women. There is also one more room for both women and men.」

Harumi「It is good that there is the powder room for women.」

Hiza「 Although we separate a bathroom, you are still worried about it, you can use a completely separated bathroom.」

Hiza「This is the bathroom and shower room. The shower room for only women has scalp massage.」

Harumi「How is your shared house’s life?」

Aki「It si nice. Everybody is very close, so we often hold a house party and BBQ, and we sometimes go outside to drink.」

Harumi「Sounds fun. What is the best point of this shared house for you?」

Aki「Everyone can live as they want to live for example, their personality and a mood of the day.」

Harumi「I see. What do you do usually?」

Aki「When I have time, I always go to the living room and talk with housemates. It is very fun, so I always overstay.」

Harumi「I know you are a student, so whne you have an assignment, where do you do it?」

Aki「When I study, I am always in my room or Japanese style room. And, I like to play the piano, so when I want to take a break, I always play the piano.」

Hiza「 I am glad to hear an opinion from Aki. As she said, we manage a shared house, caring about people. We hope that they find their favorite life here.」

The longer you live, the more you like

The good point of Share Residence Kokubunji is many variety of rooms in a large shared house. This shared house has the living room which looks cafe, wood deck, Japanese style room and theater room. You can have such a nice room because of a large shared house. If a shared house is small one, I think that it is difficult to have them.

And, one more point is variety of people. Their age is from 20 to 40 yeard old. Their job is kindergarten teacher, nurse, dancer, tour cordinator, English teacher, patissier, employee, nad writer. You can meet these people here, and it is going to be your treasure. I am excited to imagine that I can meet them.
