As you pass through the main entrance, the first thing you will see is a bright and open coworking space measuring approximately 100 m². Beyond it, spread out below, is the impressive main lounge of more than 230 m², featuring a comfortable open atrium. With its spiral staircase and bar counter, the space has the sophisticated atmosphere of a hotel.
The lounge is furnished with a large sofa that comfortably seats 10 people, several dining sets, and four fully equipped system kitchens. Whether you want to watch a movie, cook, or spend time with other residents, you can use the space freely to suit your mood and plans for the day. The house also has a fully equipped fitness room with training machines and space suitable for yoga and dance.
Every private room measures more than 10 tatami mats—approximately 16 m² or larger—providing residents with plenty of personal space. Each room includes a large built-in storage unit extending to the ceiling, a spacious desk ideal for remote work, and a private balcony. For added convenience and security, the house also features a digital automatic locking system that does not require residents to carry a physical key, as well as women-only floors.
Step outside the house, and you will find yourself in the lively neighborhood of Musashi-Shinjo. A large shopping street near the station is lined with welcoming restaurants, stylish cafés, and shops selling delicious, affordable prepared foods. The area is highly convenient for everyday life and also offers plenty to enjoy while exploring the neighborhood on your days off. From Musashi-Shinjo Station, the popular Musashi-Kosugi Station is only two stops away, while Mizonokuchi Station is just one stop away, making commuting to central Tokyo very convenient.
