This large shared house has 100 rooms and a lounge space of about 170㎡. It features a dining table that seats 16, three booth seats like those found in family restaurants, a high counter that can be used for teleworking, a bar counter, a large U-shaped sofa, and a 75-inch large-screen TV, all of which create a well-equipped space. You can enjoy and relax in your favorite spots. There are also six system kitchens available, so both cooking enthusiasts and beginners can show off their skills.
The entrance lobby that welcomes you has a large sofa and a bar counter, reminiscent of a hotel entrance. This space alone exceeds 100㎡. As the latest addition to "The Finest Series", which is often featured on TV, the common areas are exceptionally spacious. Besides the lounge, there is a fitness room with a high ceiling of about 40㎡, a beauty room (women-only) where you can try out Panasonic beauty appliances, a workroom that looks like a stylish office of about 50㎡, and a karaoke room with professional karaoke equipment. The building is fully equipped with various common areas where you can have fun without getting bored.
The private rooms are spacious at 8.3 tatami mats and come with balconies. There is also a large closet with drawers. It has ample depth and plenty of storage space up to the ceiling. Digital auto locks ensure security. When you want to spend time alone quietly, you can relax in your private room. There are also women-only floors available.
