# Greeting
Hello, and thank you for visiting us.
My name is Yurina, the owner of "sharehome wiz.u".
I currently operate two houses in Tokyo, located in Higashi-Yotsugi and Zoshigaya.
I truly appreciate that you found us among so many options.
As you’re reading this page, you might be feeling:
* “It’s my first time living in a share house, I’m not sure what to expect.”
* “I’m moving to Tokyo or studying abroad, but will I make friends?”
* “Every day feels the same, and I want something new.”
* “I’m looking for new encounters, or a fresh challenge.”
I understand these feelings well.
When I studied abroad and later moved to Tokyo, I also struggled to make friends at first, and didn’t know who to turn to when I faced difficulties.
Even when I lived in share houses managed by other companies, I felt nervous before moving in — “Will I fit in?” — and after moving, I sometimes found myself seeking more excitement and change, moving from one share house to another.
That’s why I created "sharehome wiz.u": a place where anyone can feel safe, live comfortably, and truly be themselves.

# What is *sharehome wiz.u*?
To me, a "home" is a place for the heart.
It’s where you can be yourself, feel secure, and simply relax — the kind of place you never want to leave.
A place where the lights are on when you return, and someone greets you with “Welcome home!”
At "sharehome wiz.u", we want to create such a place together — a warm and open community that transcends age, nationality, language, and culture.
A place you can "share" with new friends, old friends, neighbors, and guests.
And most importantly, a place we build "with you (wiz.u = with you)".
In fact, our sharehome community includes:
* Residents from diverse backgrounds — Japanese and international, students, professionals, freelancers, people in their 20s and 30s, and more.
* A spacious living and dining area designed to encourage natural interaction.
* A caring environment where people support each other — visiting one another’s workplaces, or going out for karaoke together when someone feels down.

# New Concept at Zoshigaya
— “A Sanctuary of Stillness and Vitality” Tokyo Sanctuary in Zoshigaya
Sanctuary means "a place of renewal".
Protected by tranquility and a sense of sacredness, it’s a space where you can recharge your mind and body—rest, refresh, and regain your light.
Located just south of Ikebukuro, Zoshigaya offers a unique mix of traditional charm × modern city energy.
Historic sites like Kishimojin Temple blend seamlessly with old townscapes, creating a warm atmosphere just by walking through the streets.
With many universities nearby, you’ll find交流 between Japanese students and international students. Green-lined streets and parks offer peaceful strolls, while views of the sparkling city skyline remind you of the special balance of nature × urban life.
Nestled quietly in a residential area, Tokyo Sanctuary is a place where each return home melts away your stress, wrapping you in comfort while sparking excitement for what lies ahead.
