Share house is located 1km southeast from Sugamo Station. Sengoku is one of the exclusive residential area in Bunkyo-ku. If you walk little bit more, you can use 4 lines (Mita Line, Nanboku Line, Marunouchi Line, Yamanote Line). Since it is located in good location, you'll forget that you are in middle of Tokyo because this area is very quiet. There are spot you can feel nature such as Koishikawa Botanical Park or Rokugien, there are also building made of Japanese traditional construction. Sengoku is in school zone area, it is safe place to live especially for female living by herself. When you hear exclusive residential area, you will be worried about shopping. There are no place in Sengoku that stores located in next each other, but don't worry. On a way back to share house from station, there are drug store, convenience store and supermarket. You can buy things for living and live in nice quiet place.
Share house have 7 rooms with western style rooms. We renovated leaving good part of house and make it clean. If you rent a single room in Sengoku, you have to pay average of 70,000 yen as rent. But if you share living room, kitchen, shower, and toilet, you can live in a good place with same amount of single room rent. There are basic furniture are provided so you can start living with one single bag.
