DK house Tokyo Nerima is a safe and clean apartment, dormitory style residence in the northwest Tokyo. It has 179 rooms over 5 floors and the 3rd and 4th floors are for women only.
In the room you have a bed, closet, desk and a chair, fridge, bookshelf, and air-conditioner with a LAN port to the internet and wi-fi is also available.
They have 100 residents all the year, around 35 are Japanese and the rest of the 65 are foreigners from 30 countries. Half are students and half are working. The ratio of women to men is 50-50. The average age is 29.
