Kamakura Koshigoe is a popular location as it is close to both “Shonan Beach” and traditional town “Kamakura”. It takes 15 minutes from Koshigoe station to Fujisawa station (main town in that area) and 20 minutes to Kamakura station by Enoden line. It is possible to commute to Tokyo area too.

The most importantly, it only takes 7 minutes walk from sharehouse to the beach, which is a great charm of this house for surfers! In addition, you will have a large lawn yard in over 330m2 land.
This house locates along a brook, so that you can relax in the living room by listening the murmur of brook. Or have BBQ with your mates! There are 10 rooms and rent is quite reasonable, (between ¥40,000 to ¥60,000).
