One of the house’s most impressive features is its spacious combined living, dining, and kitchen area, measuring approximately 140 m². You can talk with other residents around the large table or lose yourself in a book in the café area. Whatever your lifestyle or mood, you are sure to find a favorite place of your own. The house also has a fully equipped fitness room with a large mirror, where you can refresh yourself with dancing or a workout after work.
The private rooms are also spacious, measuring 9.5 tatami mats, or approximately 15.4 m². Each room is furnished with everything you need, including a large closet, refrigerator, desk, and bed, allowing you to begin your new life without bringing a large amount of furniture. Every room also comes with its own balcony.
