A brand-new, large-scale social house has just opened near Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the JR Chuo Line! On the way from the station to the property, you’ll find plenty of convenient spots for everyday life, including supermarkets, cafés, and drugstores. The area around the house is a quiet residential neighborhood, and popular Kichijoji is also within walking distance.
The bright, south-facing LDK is a spacious 42 tatami mats in size. With high ceilings, it feels open and airy. You can relax in your favorite spot—whether that’s the large sofa that can seat 10 people, the big-screen TV, or one of the two dining tables. There are also four kitchens, so you can enjoy cooking together, and a dedicated telework room is available as well.
Every room is private and comes with its own sink/vanity. Each room also includes a closet with built-in drawers for ample storage. A two-door refrigerator, bed, and desk are already provided. Security has been carefully considered, with a digital auto-lock system—so there’s no need to carry a key. When you want to spend time quietly on your own, you can unwind and relax in the comfort of your private room. There is also a women-only floor.
