There are a total of 30 rooms. Each room is equipped with a unit bath. The common areas include a kitchen/dining room, two living rooms, a dance studio, and a washer/dryer (free of charge).
Rapid trains stop at JR Sumiyoshi Station, which is very conveniently located, only 6 minutes to Kobe Sannomiya and 21 minutes to Osaka (Umeda).
