The property is located where three train lines, Meguro Line, Oimachi Line, and Ikegami Line, intersect. It has good access to the city center through mutual access to the Toei Mita Line and Tokyo Metro Namboku Line from the Meguro Line. There are shopping streets, convenience stores, supermarkets, and 100-yen shops, so you can find everything you need on the way home.
The area around Nishi-Koyama Station on the Meguro Line has a nostalgic shopping street, and the "PALM" shopping street near Musashi-Koyama Station, just a short walk away, is exceptionally well-equipped with shops. Musashi-Koyama Shopping PALM has an 800-meter-long arcade, making shopping on rainy days a breeze. With over 250 stores, it is a lively shopping street, so be sure to find your favorite shop.
In addition, the Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street, which is 1,300 meters long, is also within walking distance, so it might be fun to visit restaurants and bars with your housemates and enjoy some interaction.
