Shakujii is a city that is being redeveloping to be convenient and fashionable. It only takes 2 stations to Ikebukuro by Seibu-Ikebukuro line. Our house “Shakuji-koen Terrace”is located in front of station. There are KALDI, supermarkets, some kinds of shops around there. Fashionable designer’s house is here in good location.
We have nice living-dining room, bright private room. Every room has a own closet and color of floor and wall is different by rooms.
Kitchen and washroom are renovated to be clean, and having an enough storages. We care about that residents can make a daily life comfortably well. We also adopted digital automatic rocking system at the entrance.
