New shared house which has just opened in 2018, 7 minutes walk away from NAKANOSHINBASHI station of marunouchi line. It only takes 6 minutes to Shinjuku by metro.
Our good point is nice terrace on the roof, so you can have a party and enjoy getting a suntan there. At night, you can see beautiful night view of Shinjuku as well.
1st floor is only shared space such as living room, and on the 2nd floor and higher, there are private space and shared space, these are completely separated and you can use them as a place where have conversation or cook with roomy.
There is shared big bath as well. you might think it’s fine to take a shower only in summer, but in winter, big bath can make you warm and relax.
