Modern Living Kanda is open July in 2013. It is located in urban area in Tokyo and you can use JR and subway. Therefore, it is very convenient to move.
This area is very lively and easy to come from any place in Tokyo. There are many Japanese restaurant and various shops and a temple around the house, so you can enjoy atmosphere of Kanda.
In addition, there is a park, a school and gym near the house, so it is convenient to live. And, you can walk to Imperial Palace, business town which is Otemachi and Akihabara. Moreover, a grocery shop is behind the house.
There are 26 rooms on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. We have a room for 2 persons. A kitchen, TV and a washing machine is equipped and the house is wholly renovated, so everything is new.
Security deposit 30,000 yen for 1 month contract or deposit 1 month of rent fee for more than 1 month contract
