The first sharehouse "Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a" has been almost full and we could not guide many customers.
The second sharehouse in Mizonokuchi, Kawasaki-shi, where it takes 14 min to Shibuya station, "Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+b is finally opened in April 2017 to meet the demand!
The distance from the station to the house is about 12 min walk, which is not so far.
Also, because Mizonokuchi is close to Shibuya, it doesn't take much time to go to Shinjuku and other Tokyo area.
If you live in Tokyo, the rent must be higher than living in Kasawaki, Kanagawa prefecture.

There are 4 types of room in the house so you can choose any room you like.
All rooms with 6 tatami mats (10㎡) have bed, air conditioner, refrigerator, closet, desk and chair, so you don't need to bring anything special or big furniture.
The house has a billiyard which makes your life more fun. You can enjoy it with housemates!
The shower rooms are separated between men and women with 3 showers each.
The kitchen and the lounge are huge so you would really like this house!
