This share house is in one floor of apartment, there is auto-lock set up in main entrance for security. The bath room with bathtub could relax in warm bath.
The kitchen has stove with 3 gas cooktop and one big sink, it is easy to use and cook. Also the share house is located on the 6th floor, you could have nice view from living room.
The nearest station is Toda Koen Station and surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, bookstores, food shop and pharmacy is right in front of the station.
Also 100yen shop and convenience store is 3 minutes by walk.
Since the way from the station to the house goes through the main street, it is safe even at night. Location is a little bit from main city , so it is very quiet and could have good living quality.
