It is 14 minutes from "Shinkoiwa"station where is within 4 minutes walk on the JR Sobu Line to "Tokyo" station and 22 minutes to "Shinagawa" station. It is the location that is very convenient because Akihabara and Shinjuku are direct.
▼Living environment
A big mall spreads out at the station square, and there is the supermarket open for 24 hours between a station and the house, too. Everyday life is very comfortable. There are also rental video shop,a gym and a library.
▼Facilities
Mainly on the living dining which using the wall paper which I ordered worked for from Europe, I found space and the number of the common use part including water circumference facilities. The big bath is a characteristic, too. In addition, the key to entrance hall adopts the locking automatically of the password-style touch panel method.
