The idea of this design comes from Asian resort, kitchen has a counter, a beer server and a wine cellar. Cozy interior and illumination create relaxing atmosphere. Our shared house is big scale (38 rooms), not everyone but somebody always stay in a living room. They eat dinner or watching TV together. There are Basketball hoop in the courtyard, so they play a match or 3on3 on the weekend and enjoy BBQ. Our residents are spending fun time fo together in this way.
