AZITO Umeda Oyodo is a shared house that is a renovated single-family house.
AZITO is the Japanese English word for “agitation point” and means “hideout”. We named it with the hope that it would be a comfortable hideaway for everyone. We design shared spaces that are homey, stylish, and fun.
There are 8 rooms. Equipped with a bed, air conditioner, dresser, storage space, etc., it provides a comfortable private space.
There are convenience stores, and post offices near the house, making it convenient for starting your life.
It is used by a variety of people, including working adults in their 20s and 30s, internships, working holidays, and international students.
Conveniently located near Umeda Sky Building and a 20-minute walk from Osaka Station. If you're in a popular area like Umeda or Fukushima (Oyodo), there's no problem even if you miss the last train. If you're looking for freedom in your life, you won't find a better location than this one.
Payment fee 800yen/per month，Fire insurance 500yen/per month， Guarantee fee 1000yen/per month.
Possible 3 months more. Electricity，gas，water fee，and Internet usage charge are included in utility fee.
