"The Maison Rivage Sakuranomiya" is a shared house for men and women located in a three-story building.
The first floor is a common area, and the second and third floors are divided into living rooms, and features common facilities that take advantage of the spaciousness, such as a telework space, fitness room, and counter kitchen.
Each room is 8 to 9 square meters in size. All rooms are equipped with closets and wired LAN connections. There is also a large screen TV in the common living room where you can watch NETFLIX.
This is a share house designed to allow you to enjoy relaxing interactions with your roommates, allowing you to realize a new lifestyle.
The nearest station is Sakuranomiya Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line, a 3-minute walk away. Miyakojima Station on the Tanimachi Subway Line is also accessible, making it a very convenient location for office workers and international students commuting to Umeda, Tenma, and Tanimachi. Nearby are Kema Sakuranomiya Park and a park where you can see Osaka Castle, perfect for jogging and refreshing.
