There are 4 rooms, one at the first floor, one at the second floor and others two at the 3rd floor.
Also it is close to 5 stations, Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome, Hatsudai, Tocho-mae, Nishi-Shinjuku and Shinjuku.
When you hear the name Shinjuku, which is one of the most busy city in Tokyo, you might imagine office district and high-rise buildings, but Nishi-Shinjuku where the house is located is a calm residential area without noise.
Shinjuku Central Park, which is the largest park in Shinjuku, is within a 10-minute walk and you can enjoy lunch at cafe or taking a walk for refreshing at there.
Nishi-Shinjuku is not an usual area as not only passing through that park, you will see the symbol of Shinjuku, the towers of Tokyo Metropolitan Government, but also you could step in the Shibuya area by heading to Hatsudai.
Around Nishi-Shinjuku-5chome, the nearest station from the house, there are 24-hour supermarket, drugstores and restaurants, and you can find some shopping streets around Hatsudai Station.
Many school-related facilities are around here, so this area also makes you feel secure to live.
