We have just renovated this shared house which is located in Higashi-Shinjuku on April in 2018. 7 minutes walk from Higashi-shinjuku station. The concept is small cube which has nostalgic memory. 2 rooms on the 1st floor, 4 rooms on the 2nd floor. We arranged kitchen with a small counter for eating and cozy sofa at a living room. On the roof top, There is for laundry drying, but you can enjoy party there with table and sofa with roomies f it’s good whether.
There are supermarket close by and quite residential area. Super close to Shinjuku, so good for shopping and hanging out.
You might experience a fulfilling life in the middle of city.
