From Chitose-Funabashi station, it takes 19 minutes to Shinjyuku by Odakyu line. It is available to transfer to the Chiyoda line at Yoyogi-Uehara station. It makes transferring to the subways very easy.
There are two parks in walk distance from the house. One of them, the Kinuta Park has the Setagaya Museum in it.
