The concept of the shared house is “Language exchange”. A foreigner who want to study Japanese and a Japanese who wants to learn English lives in this shared house and they build a language community. If you are Japanese, you are a teacher to teach Japanese and a student to study English. On the other hand, if you are a foreigner, you are a teacher to teach English and a student to learn Japanese. A new community, “Language exchange”, is built beyond relationship between a teacher and a student. You can acquire English naturally through many events such as a cooking event, a party and a sightseeing event with a foreigner.
- Initial Cost: Deposit 40,000 yen + Rent + Utility fee + Move-in fee 22,000 yen (tax included) + Fire insurance
- First Lease Terms 3 months (After 3 months, the contract will be a basic 1-year contract with no penalties.)
- Fire insurance is required (for the insurance company introduced by us: ¥10,000 per year)
- Re-signing fee 11,000 yen (tax included) *The first payment is due in the third month, but after re-signing, the fee is basically paid once a year.
- Moving out cleaning fee ¥20,000 (tax included) *Deducted from the deposit.
