It looks a normal house in a hill you walk to from the station. Although it doesn’t seem a shared house, it was renovated in spring 2017. The company managing many shared houses more than 10 years renovated this old good house. Good atmosphere of Japanese traditional remains but, the floor plan and interior design was changed boldly. It has 6 rooms. Mainly 20 to 30 years old people live here and they enjoy cooking and watching TV in the living room together.
Location of Tobe Station is very good because it is next to Yokohama Station. You can see Minatomirai on the way to home. You can also use Soutetsu Line and Blue Line, so it is convenient.
Although Yokohama looks urban, Tobe has good mood which is different from Yokohama. There is also a good old shopping street. So, if you want to live in a convenient and quiet area, this area is good for you.
